We were last month by ex Aer Lingus swimmer & world champion Siobhan Haughey. Siobhan has 4 Olympic medals: 2 silver from Toyko & 2 bronze from Paris. She also holds multiple world medals in 200m FC long course - Gold silver bronze. Siobhan shared insights into her race prep, routine, training & now her well-deserved rest. Thank you Siobhan: the team, coaches & committee really appreciate you taking time out to visit us today.
